I was in a terrible state when the vet told me that my beloved horse Ferdinand was going to have to be PTS as we had come to the end of treatment which had failed.
I was given Wiltshire fallen Stocks number by a friend who had been in the same situation as the one I was now facing.
I called & spoke to Ryan we arranged for him to come straight out.
Ryan was beyond compassionate and very professional when he came to the yard. He spent time putting Ferdi at ease Ferdi was put to sleep very soon after so as not to prolong the pain and upset.
Ryan then went on to arrange for him to be cremated. The ashes came back to me a lot sooner than I expected. Ryan returned them to me personally which was a lovely touch and showed me how Ferdi was treated with the utmost care and compassion at every stage.
If I was ever in such a situation again I would absolutely use Wiltshire fallen stock but hopefully I won’t be in that situation again for a long time.

I called Wiltshire fallen stock at lunch time on Sunday about collecting an injected horse, Ryan came out to me that afternoon, he promptly and discreetly dealt with it.
